Matt's third and most eclectic record yet, Made For Working, was released April 1, 2003. The new album was produced by Bruce Hughes (Poi Dog Pondering, Cracker, Scabs), and some of Austin's favorite artists including Jon Dee Graham, Libby Kirkpatrick, Guy Forsyth, also have lent Matt a helping hand on the release.

Matt is touring the West coast in April, then he is playing regional shows in Texas in May before heading to the East coast again early/mid June. In Austin, he has opened for artists such as Victoria Williams, Todd Snider & the Austin Lounge Lizards.
